With a challenging blockage right at the 90° primary house drain exit, taking showers and flushing toilets were out of the question, and we prepared to cancel a weekend camping trip. I am impressed!! I manage a local restaurant and was in desperate need of having a drain flushed. My grease trap was flooding every time the dishwasher was run. Came out at 10:30 at night and solved a pretty substantial flood we were having due to our sump pump. Explained everything to us in order to prevent any future flooding. Gave us the options of back-up sump pumps.

We’ve had to call Clayton a few times over the past year, mostly for aging double sump pumps that kept failing. Knowledgeable, prompt and efficient! Late Sunday afternoon, we noticed our hot water had been running all day. After trying to fix it ourselves unsuccessfully, we ended up at Home Depot and ran into Clayton. We shared our problem with him, and he showed us what we’d need and talked us through it. When we got home and made it worse, we called him and he was over in less than 2 hours. I called Anytime Plumbing & Solutions this Sunday morning because of an issue with the toilet in our main bathroom. The toilet is only a couple of months old, and yet after flushing it, the tank would not refill. Anytime Plumbing & Solutions answered my call, and we talked about possible problems and ways to troubleshoot. We also talked about the cost to come out and the repair cost. They said that while they were busy in the morning, they would be happy to come in the afternoon. We ended the call and I started troubleshooting. After a couple of hours, I figured out the issue, or at least I think I did. Later in the afternoon, Anytime Plumbing & Solutions called back and offered to come out. I said things seemed to be working, but I’d call if the problem returned. I’m incredibly impressed by the fact they answered my call on a Sunday morning.
